Track The(m)all

“Track The(M)all” is a prospective research for Aviapark, the largest mall in Europe. The client was interested in investigating potential disruptive business models for the mall.

The core concept was informed by the transposition of digital concepts onto the shared physical environment; the 8 trillion $ emerging market of data-mining; mapping out future possibilities for the value and use of retail space, and the creation of a “Personal ROI” engine which generated financial dividends for the users of the mall based on their recorded data.
